Arranging Disorder

Have you ever seen any of Michael Jackson's concert? I believe you did. Not long after his misterious death, our television, as always, played his concert movies everyday.

MJ was truly one of greatest artists the world ever known. He sang, danced, and made great songs and marvelous choreographies. His latter talent was one I admire most.

If you ever seen any of MJ's concert, you'll find wonderful dancers running to any direction, like a chaos, but it was actually not. I didn't even realize it at first.

At my first impression, I didn't even know that they were dancing and thought that they were not good dancers! But after a while, I started to sense the artistic values of those chaotic choreographies.

A choreographer ordinarily will try to arrange his music and dancers as harmonious as he can. He'll try to arrange a "neat and clean" choreography.

As a choreographer, MJ should've done the same, and yet he chose not to. He wonderfully arranged a disorder-like choreography. Even it looked like a terrible disorder, it was actually a"neat and clean" show.

During those good and bad things I experienced in my life, I often thought that my life was a total mess. I thought my life lied in disorderliness.

But, as always, the new insight I gained from MJ's choreographies taught me something about God, the Great Choreographer. When I thought of a messy life, God actually arranged everything good for me.

His Word came to my mind, "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." (Ro. 8:28).

Hence, I am convinced that though life doesn't seem smooth as I want it to be, God is working in it, and He never fails. In my eyes, those complicated stories of life are jumbling puzzles; but in His eyes, they are forming a beautiful and perfectly arranged scenery.

So whenever every things seem screwed up and you feel like giving up, just look up, and remind yourself that God is working it all in His kind intention for your good sake. God bless! :D
